weekend ahead
Seems spring is approaching ! Sunny and warmer weather the last two days, today, the temperature went up to 8°C !! Unbelievable ! And yesterday evening, at 9pm the temperatures were still positive. Can't believe it.
Bad news: snow forecasted for the weekend. Again.
But not too bad anyway. I've got a weekend with a lot of work ahead. Next wednesday is the deadline, i'm running from one shop to another, trying to find small, transparent balls made of plexi, diameter 2cm. Impossible to find. All the other materials i need to make the model i found, but these balls... well, i found balls made of pressed cotton, and maybe i'll do them myself out of FIMO. Will see how it works out. But i'll be busy with that.
A classmate showed me pictures yesterday evening of the model she made: it looked like a real shop! I mean, like an existing shop, like pics taken from a magazine. She had quite a lot of work, but i think the result is worth it.
What i like about the evening class is, that now after almost six months, we start to know each other, we laugh a lot, have fun together, start to ask if the others have news from a classmate who is missing. During the coffee break, we joke with the teacher, i hope the teacher we'll have the next trimester is as cool as this one. I think, it's important to have fun together, to help each other, to advise each other. It makes the whole thing more fun. Because, don't forget, taking evening classes with a lot homework is not always easy: all of us have a fulltime job, we are often tired after a work day and have to concentrate another three hours until 9 pm. Have to do the homework, in order to go ahead. After all, the class costs money, so everybody is motivated and has an aim to do this. Either for personal pleisure or in order to develop a future business out of this. Having an aim makes everything easier.
