Last friday evening we went to relax at Lavey-les-bains. I love going there on friday evening as they are open until ten o'clock. The pools outdoors are illuminated, in a foggy atmosphere, you can lie down on one of the various jacuzzis and watch the stars above you. My favourite thing is the Hammam, it's very hot and humid, and the ceiling is decorated with tiny little lights like a sky full of stars. We spent most of the time in there.

On saturday i felt very good, calm, 'sereine' in french. A big calm inside me.

The evening i had my first cheese fondue for the season with a friend, in a small neighborhood-café which does the best cheese fondue i know. Was nice to have a good dinner and chat with my friend.

Actually, everything is going fine in my life at the moment, at the office my work is appreciated, my private life is full of activities and very satisfying, to say it simply: i feel good ! It's good to feel good, it's good to realize and appreciate the fact to feel good. To know that there are people around me who like to spend time with me, who love me, who communicate with me, it's good to come home and find a message from a dear friend on the answering machine, just to say 'hello, i'm fine and hope you are too'.

Friends are so important to me, i wish i had more possibilities to travel, to go and visit them, as many are living in other countries, Germany, France, Israel, ....

Which reminds me painfully that i'm not going to Israel at the end of this year, first time since two years. How i wish to be there now, sitting in the desert of Neguev, watching the mountains changing color, savour the silence, and then, go back to Eilat and have a real good falafel; return to Jerusalem and visit the places i haven't visited yet, enjoy this very special atmosphere there...

Well, i'll have to be patient, next year...
